新西兰暂定自5月2日起对持有签证的旅客开放边境，留学新西兰有哪些知名高校可以选择？

　　当地时间3月16日，新西兰总理阿德恩宣布新的边境开放计划。

　　On March 16th, New Zealand Prime Minister Adrian announced a new border opening plan.

　　计划包括从4月12日起，向澳大利亚的游客开放边境；暂定从5月2日起，向新西兰免签国家及其他国家已持有新西兰签证的游客开放边境。

　　The plan includes opening the border to visitors from Australia from 12 April and tentatively from 2 May to visitors from New Zealand visa-free countries and other countries already holding New Zealand visas.

　　入境访客须接种两剂新冠疫苗，并在登机前提供新冠病毒检测阴性报告。符合条件的游客可以免隔离入境。

　　Incoming visitors will be required to receive two doses of the New Coronavirus vaccine and provide a negative New Coronavirus test prior to boarding. Eligible visitors will be allowed to enter the country without quarantine.

　　游客需要在出发前进行检测（PCR检测和RAT检测皆可），在入境新西兰后，还需要接受两次检测，分别是第0/1天，和第5/6天。

　　Visitors will need to be tested prior to departure (both PCR and RAT tests are available) and will need to be tested twice after entering New Zealand, on day 0/1 and day 5/6.

　　此外，新西兰政府也将在下周对疫苗通行证、强制令和交通灯系统的政策做出调整决定，预计可能会取消疫苗通行证要求和大多数强制令，并解除交通灯系统中的许多限制。

　　In addition, the New Zealand Government is also expected to make a decision next week on changes to its policy on vaccination passes, injunctions and the traffic light system, which is expected to potentially remove vaccination pass requirements and most injunctions, as well as lifting many restrictions in the traffic light system.

　　The Prime Minister said the Government wanted to drive economic recovery and New Zealand was a safe tourist destination with a strong health response and the lowest mortality rate among OECD countries.

　　最新的民调显示，大多数（75%）新西兰人希望新西兰的边境现在就对国际游客和访客开放，只要他们在抵达时检测呈阴性。

　　The latest poll shows that  the majority of people in New Zealand want the border to be open to international tourists and visitors immidiately, as long as their New Coronavirus test is negative on arrival.

　　For New Zealand’s tourism and service industries, businesses are more eager to open the border than the people.
